This shipping policy is currently only for orders shipped to the United Kingdom. We are not currently offering shipping outside of this region. Further details below on plans to start shipping outside of the UK.

As the customer you can choose how your order is sent to you from the following options:

• 1st Class,
• 2nd Class,
• 1st Class Tracked (TRACKED24)
• 2nd Class Tracker (TRACKED48)

Please note that even with the tracked items this is not guaranteed delivery times. After you hand in your parcel at the post office or drop it off at the delivery point, we have no control over how long it takes to reach you.

Prices depend on order weight, product dimensions and postage material costs. We check prices periodically to align with Royal Mail updates. The system calculates postage based on the largest size and the combined weight of all items.

Orders marked as complete vs dispatched.

We mark an order as complete once we’ve fulfilled and packaged all items. We then hand it over at the post office counter or drop it off at a parcel delivery point and mark it as dispatched.

These dates might differ as we might package an order on Saturday but won’t drop it off until Monday (or Tuesday during a Bank Holiday). We want to clarify that “dispatched” doesn’t necessarily mean your parcel has actively entered the delivery process yet.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders £30 or higher (after applying any discounts). This shipping always goes out as 1st Class Tracked. You’ll receive confirmation of the tracking number by email once we dispatch your order.

Overseas Shipping

Currently we cannot offer overseas delivery. We aim to ship to USA, Canada and Australia by Summer 2025 at the latest. Shipping to the EU presents more challenges as we need to ensure GPSR compliance. Once we familiarise ourselves with this and establish the correct procedures, we will update our shipping policy accordingly.

Parcels typically come in large letter or small parcel sizes. Paper items (inserts, stickers, greeting cards) usually qualify as large letters. Notebooks and memo pads turn them into small parcels due to their dimensions.

Delayed delivery

Delivery delays unfortunately happen sometimes, and this falls completely outside our control. We ask that before contacting us about an undelivered order, you wait at least 10 business days for UK orders, and 30 business days for international orders.
