Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there are any issues after this date please still get in touch with us to see if we can help resolve things. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging including the bio-degradable cellophane packaging or other protective packaging it was sent in. If for any reason you don’t have this it must be sent in packaging of a similar standard. 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Custom products such as, but not limited to, personalised stickers where personal identification such as names have been used and therefore are not part of the general catalogue of products sold by The Little Stationery Shop.

To complete your return/exchange

  1. Contact us to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item(s) either via our contact form or email at flic@thelittlestationeryshop.co.uk

  2. Once a return/ exchange has been confirmed a postage label will be sent to you via email (the email address we send it to will be the same as used with the initial order).

  3. Proof of postage of the return/exchange parcel must be obtained. This is free and available at most Royal Mail in person drop off counters. Some sorting offices will not provide proof of postage. 

  4. Once your return/exchange has been received, item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as sold to you.

  5. Upon confirmation of the condition of item(s) a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days but may take up to 14 business days to show on your payment method.

  6. Where an exchange is requested this will be sent out within 1-3 business days and confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you.

Please note the following:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund or exchange,

  • Refunds can only be given to the original payment source,

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged except where proof of postage shows it was sent within this time frame but has been delayed in shipping to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card/bank card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival to you. If items look used this will make them exempt from refund or exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  flic@thelittlestationeryshop.co.uk or use our online contact form.

 

If you have ordered planner pages (also known as planner sheets and planner inserts) but have ordered the wrong size these are eligible for exchange within the 14 day window providing they have not been written on or marked in any way. Please follow the steps mentioned above for an exchange.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 176 Water Street, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 6QU. This will be automatically printed on the returns label. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
