This reading log planner insert turns the books you finish into your own little bookshelf. Add each title to an empty spine, then colour, decorate or shade it in as you complete it. With two double-sided sheets, there’s plenty of room to watch your reading collection grow.

Paperback, hardback, ebook or audiobook — if you experienced the book, it belongs on the shelf. Use it as a book tracker, reading journal or simply a visual record of everything you’ve read and listened to. No targets, no required genres and absolutely no judgement for abandoning a book you’re not enjoying.

I design and print each planner insert using 120gsm FSC-certified paper, before cutting and hole punching it so it’s ready to add straight into your planner.

Most designs are available in a range of sizes for both ring-bound planners and disc-bound planner systems, so you can choose the format that best fits your setup.

Because different planner sizes have different proportions, your inserts may look slightly different from the product photographs once I’ve resized them for your chosen planner. The layout and content will remain the same, but I may adjust the spacing and positioning slightly to make the design work properly on the page.

Printed sticker-sheet versions for journal systems are also coming soon.
