I aim to respond to all messages within two business days. As a mum to a toddler, I sometimes reply at unusual hours rather than during traditional business hours. Please don’t feel any pressure to respond straight away.

If your message is about an order or a return, rest assured this won’t affect your eligibility, as timeframes are based on your order date rather than when I reply. If something feels urgent, you’re also very welcome to try getting in touch via Facebook or whatsapp messages.
