Email marketing and mailing lists
If you sign up to our newsletter (for example, at checkout or through a form on the site), your name and email address are stored securely by MailPoet. We use MailPoet to send newsletters, new product updates, offers and occasional review requests. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Consent at checkout
When placing an order, you can choose whether to receive future marketing emails by ticking an opt-in box. This is entirely optional and is not required to complete your purchase.
Google Customer Reviews
We use Google Customer Reviews, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect feedback about customer experiences with our shop.
After completing an order, you may be invited on the order confirmation page to opt in to receive a one-time email survey from Google asking you to review your shopping experience. Participation in this survey is entirely optional.
If you choose to opt in, we will share limited order-related information with Google for the sole purpose of sending this survey. This information may include your order ID, email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date.
Google processes this information as an independent data controller in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not receive access to individual survey responses unless they are published by Google as aggregated ratings.
You can read more about how Google uses personal data here:

User-generated content and social media mentions
If you share photos of your order or tag The Little Stationery Shop on social media, we may reshare your content on our own channels. We will never share personal or identifying information (such as addresses or full names) without your explicit permission, and any identifying details will always be obscured or omitted.
WhatsApp communication
If you contact us using the WhatsApp chat button, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and do not store it separately. Please avoid sending sensitive information via WhatsApp.
3. Cookies and analytics
